Metta Yoga is San Francisco Bay Area yoga studio in Marin County California, in Corte Madera, that is edgy and fun, but still deeply rooted in yogic tradition. In the spirit of metta, or loving kindness, we created a beautiful space for our community to come together and explore the practice of yoga – both on and off the mat. Metta Yoga studio offers hatha and vinyasa yoga classes, workshops and yoga teacher training. Dana Damara offers her 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher training at Metta Yoga.
