Stamina Doorway Trainer Plus

The Stamina Doorway Trainer Plus has five grip positions that allows users to engage a variety of upper body muscles. It fits standard (Stamina does not provide exact sizes of doors that this will fit, but best estimate is 27 inches to 35 inches) doorways with trim and can support up to 250lbs. By moving the bar to different heights on the doorframe it can be used for pull-ups, tricep dips and sit-ups. It can also be used on the ground for push-ups.  You will find that this pull-up bar is simple to assemble and it is easily portable.
